Commitments often lead us to do enduring goodness. In our case, it was a commitment to serve the Medical Field, where proper waste management is still a challenge. Beyond this commitment, a strong urge for safeguarding our environment from harmful and illegal disposal of expired drugs united a few like-minded people who began a powerful mission called ‘Satva’. Under the leadership of Mr Shashimohan and Ms Radhika Mohan, Satva Health Solutions Private Limited was incorporated on 18th September 2014, in Karnataka and there has been no looking back since then.

In an attempt to safeguard the environment and in-turn the society, Satva Health Solution specializes in the safe and legally-compliant management of pharmaceutical wastes. We not just dispose your pharmaceutical waste but we also take responsibility of your safety and your reputation. We take pride in being the first service providers for safe pharmaceutical waste management in India offering cost effective, environmentally sound and legally complaint solutions. We are the licensed partners of the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board for the waste management services in Bangalore, Kolar and Chikballapur in the state of Karnataka. We will soon be receiving license for the entire Karnataka state and we plan to expand our services to all over India.

The company is formed with a mission to create a genuine and legal system for disposing medical wastes in a safe and nature-friendly way. We would work along with Pharmacists, Hospitals and Doctors, in order to create the necessary infrastructure and ecosystem for efficiently tracking, collecting and disposing drug wastes.

We want to make India free from pharmaceutical waste (p-waste). We are also committed to provide cost-effective methods to treat pharma-waste scientifically.

We envisage a society that is well aware of the risk of improper waste management and thus firmly believes in managing its waste in a scientific and futuristic manner.

We envision a Reduce – Reuse – Recycle society which reduces waste generation at the first place and reuses and recycles the generated waste as resources for posterity.

Satva Health Solutions is working on a number of projects & initiatives and it is indeed encouraging to see the amount of support we have received from one and all. The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board officially launched our project at their office premises on May 17th 2016 with complete media coverage. The hugely successful event had dignitaries like:

  • Mr. Ramanath Rai, Minster for Forest, Ecology and Environment
  • Mr. N A Harris, MLA
  • Karnataka State Pollution Control Board
  • Karnataka Drug Control Board
